There are very few restrictions on water use that apply to the herbicides we'll be using.  Both of these, of course, have already been employed in the Pond - and in other Ponds in Andover and throughout the Northeast.  We go a bit beyond what's required by the State and the EPA.

   1.  No swimming, boating, fishing on day of any Sonar treatment
   2.   No use of Pond water for irrigation for 30 days following last Sonar treatment (60-90 days total depending on whether we need one or two booster treatments)
   3.  Diquat (Dug Pond):
           4. No swimming, boating, fishing day of treatment
            5. No drinking or cooking for 3 days
             6.  6No irrigation for 5 days
              7.   No watering livestock (!) for one day
